Basabi Virmani

Living in Virginia for the past 26 years I have watched Northern Virginia grow from farmland to what is today, robust, thriving and diverse community. I take pride in myself as an active member of my community by leading a team of eight, to make over 1000 masks within a three weeks period when COVID moved into town in March 2020. Fundraising to improve the cardiology services and build a new cancer center in my local hospital was a way for me to give back.  I am also involved in the South Asian community where I have been actively serving on the board to organize local cultural events to bring joy and closeness for the last 10 years.

Buying a home is an investment and as your realtor I want you to be confident in your decision. I am driven and passionate to be there for you and help you from start to finish (listing, searching, negotiations, repairs, etc). I strive to communicate often and give you an honest approach and work hard to deliver you results.

Loudoun County is located between Washington, DC, and the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. To the east, Dulles International Airport and commerce thrive; while the western section still maintained its small farms, towns, and villages. That began to change in the early 1960s, when Dulles International Airport was built in the southeastern part of the county. The airport attracted new businesses, workers and their families to the area. At the same time, the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area began a period of rapid growth. Major road improvements made commuting from Loudoun County much easier, attracting more and more people to the eastern part of the county. In the last three decades, the population of Loudoun County nearly quadrupled.

Pre-approved buyers can generally close escrow more quickly, since most of the work has already been done.   Mortgage Brokers vs. Mortgage Bankers What's the differen…
